Cash payment
After filling the address label, the client pays cash for EMS item which is then indicated in the address label. Payment is effected in rubles, on the date of EMS item's sending.
Cashless payment
Cashless payment is available for companies who have signed the agreement with "EMS Russian Post" - subsidiary of FSUE "Russian Post" or its representatives. The payment for the provided services is carried out upon invoices issued by "EMS Russian Post" - subsidiary of FSUE "Russian Post" by transferring of monetary funds according to the payment order to the current account of FSUE "Russian Post" or its offices.
Payment upon receipt
Payment upon receipt is only possible if the addressee has an agreement with "EMS Russian Post" - subsidiary of FSUE "Russian Post". If no agreement is signed, the payment is done by the sender.
The agreement must have an annex which specifies the list of companies with mandatory indication of their addresses from which EMS items are accepted to be paid upon.
Payment by third parties
Payment by third party (both sender and recipient are not the payees) is possible only if the payee company has signed an agreement with "EMS Russian Post" - subsidiary of FSUE "Russian Post". Payment is made on a cashless basis.
The agreement includes special information regarding the payment and it must have an annex which specifies the list of companies with mandatory indication of their addresses, from which EMS items are accepted to be paid upon.
